Smoked Buffalo Wings
Easy Smoked Buffalo Wings made on the Traeger. Double coated with buffalo sauce and coated with seasonings.

Instructions
Pre-heat your pellet grill to 350 degrees.
Place wings in a large bowl. Add mustard, onion powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Using tongs toss the wings until all are coated in spices.

1 tsp cayanne,
1 tbsp onion powder,
1 tbsp garlic powder,
1/4 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp pepper,

Once the grill reaches 350, place wings on the middle of the grill grate. Cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes check the temperature of the wings. Once it reaches 150 using grill brush, sauce each wing. Cook for 5 minutes.

Turn wings over and sauce the other side.

Add one more layer of sauce to each wing once they have reached 160 degrees. Continue to cook until wings are 165 degrees.

Notes
A little cayenne goes a long way. You can always add more but can never take away when adding spices.?
