Equipment

  • 1 pellet grill
  • 1 tongs
  • 1 bowl for sauce
  • 1 grill brush
  • 1 large bowl mixing spices and wings tighter

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp cayanne
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 12 whole chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your pellet grill to 350 degrees.
  • Place wings in a large bowl. Add mustard, onion powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Using tongs toss the wings until all are coated in spices.

  • Once the grill reaches 350, place wings on the middle of the grill grate. Cook for 10 minutes.

  • After 10 minutes check the temperature of the wings. Once it reaches 150 using grill brush, sauce each wing. Cook for 5 minutes.

  • Turn wings over and sauce the other side.

  • Add one more layer of sauce to each wing once they have reached 160 degrees. Continue to cook until wings are 165 degrees.

  • Remove from grill and enjoy!

Notes

A little cayenne goes a long way. You can always add more but can never take away when adding spices.?
