Garden Truffle Rotini
A savory and sweet vegetarian pasta made with interesting spices like truffle zest and fennel. It also includes fresh garden finds like basil and cherry tomatoes.

- 2 cups pasta of choice
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 15 whole cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp truffle zest
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp fennel
- 1 cup whole cream
- 1 leaf fresh basil
- 1 tbsp butter
Chop your onion, garlic and cherry tomatoes.
Heat skillet with butter and add you, onion, garlic, and cherry tomatoes.
Bring a saucepan of water to a boil and add noodles.
While the noodles are boiling add your spices and cream to the skillet. Reduce heat.
Once noodles are done cooking, transfer from the saucepan to the skillet using a slotted spoon. Stir the pasta and sauce to combine.
Plate and garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy!
