mustard
to taste
Instructions
Pre-heat your smoker to 350 degrees.
Add cheddar cheese into beef and form into 4 equal sized patties.
Place patties on grill.
Add cut up onion, jalapeños, and green pepper to a pan with butter. Cook over medium until sautéed. Set aside and keep warm.
Remove patties from grill when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Place on a plate to let rest for 5 minutes.
Assemble your burger by adding mayonnaise mustard, and fajita vegetable topping to bun. Add the patty and enjoy.
